Wow last week was busy! But we had our spring concert on friday which was AMAZING! We had The Band Perry, Thompson Square, and a local opener called Trusted Stranger. It was a great concert! The stage was set up thursday night (i had class:/), and then more set up continued on friday. We were there at noon and left around 1 then came back and left and then came back at 4 to meet The Band Perry. THEY ARE SO NICE!! :) haha they signed my event pass and called me lovely lady, and they called Alisha pretty girl. Alisha and I did wristbands (so people could get in and out) from 6:30 to about 8:15 and then we got to go watch. Most of UPAC ended up on the side of the stage, it was super fun because we were SO close!
It doesn't look that close, but one step to my right and I was on the stairs to go on stage! It went really well and everyone loved the show!
And yesterday I was lazy all day which was super nice because my week had been super crazy. Kind of like how this week is going to be, but not as bad. SPeaking of which, this week will be busy. Especially tuesday, thursday and friday, so I probably will not update again until wednesday or saturday. :P haha life of a college student, right?
OHH!! I GOT STAFF AT SPIRIT IN THE PINES :) FOr those of you that don't know, it's a camp that my church owns/runs. I was a counselor/CIT there for 3 years and now I get to be there ALL summer! :)
